"My daughter has a huge scar from a needle when your medical assistant tried to vaccinate her. She also has a scar from the bandaid that was put on after. You will have to try and remember me - we had to actually ask for Dr. Gobel to come into the room to check on my daughter after she was bleeding out. When addressing my daughter, she was told she shouldn't have lifted her hand. No - you should have more competent medical assistants that know how to vaccinate children knowing that they move around. Interesting thing is, I told you I was nervous about her vaccination and you told me not to worry and that he was qualified. I have been waiting this whole time to leave a review because I was hoping the scar would just heal. It hasn't. It has been there since June 2023 and it looks like it is now permanent. It was so long and so deep on her thigh and was bleeding out for days. I tried reaching out to your office manager for a solution, but they never got back to me. I only came back to this office for my 5 year old check up because Dr. West was so good to us. I have switched providers now and won't be back. But you all still owe me a solution for my daughter's scar that your office caused. Call me to work it out."
