"The only reason I give it one star is because there wasn’t an option for 0 stars are first of all the place has terrible reception. The elevators are dirty and so is the outside of it. Also, the rooms are the tiniest rooms that I’ve ever seen. I would only recommend living there if there’s only two people living there and you have a guest room because one of the rooms is like the size of a giant box, it’s not even have space to do a cart wheel"
"Sad to change my review. Lived here for almost 2 years but moved out yet continue to pay rent until lease is up. However they like to lose rent checks, so keep your carbon copies or pay online. Moved out as it’s not a drug free/crime free property. Side door security doesn’t require a key-fob. Pull on it and it opens. My 4 year old was approached by older kids asking if we have TV's & electronics and what unit we live in. Thankfully i was right there and we went inside. Landlord Kristina is kind and friendly and is always smiling, but take your money/vouches elsewhere if you value your money, family, safety and rights. Don’t be fooled by the large bedrooms and amenities. Everything breaks. My unit had 18 year old smoke detectors. Unacceptable and simply an embarrassment to Lino Lakes."
