"The property management that just took over is a joke!!! They are never on time to plow or get your work orders done!! Can't believe that this is how this place operates for what we pay in rent!! Called several times to speak to upper management and haven't heard a peep! The only good thing about this place is the location for me and my kids!!!"

"The property management team at Jack Pine Place is very unprofessional and inattentive in their duties; as last month the unit me and my fiance are renting had an extreme amount of CO2 and the fire department had to be called. The firefighters had the furnace turned off in the unit and suggested we stay somewhere else for the weekend as the unit would not be safe. Luckily, my dog was not home otherwise he would have died due to the amount of CO2 in the unit. Jack Pine Place did nothing as it took a full week for the heat to get turned back on and the only reason it did was that my mother personally dealt with the furnace/gas companies. The staff was also extremely rude to my mother who both me and my fiance approved to have access to the unit to deal with the issue as we were both out of the country, beginning on the 3rd day of this issue. The incident was handled horribly by the staff of Jack Pine Place and the property manager was "unwilling to help", as those are the exact words the manager texted my mother. This situation was an emergency situation so it should have been handled by the management team immediately. The management team has yet to replace the CO2 detector as it was defective, so I had to purchase my own and have my brother install it."

"Love the place and area. Very Disappointed how the owner sold the property without notice to their residents with rental processing payments. New owner charging debit/credit card fees per transaction thus forcing us to use checks. All in all, if I knew this place was being sold as fast as it was developed, I would've never extended my lease."

"Love the apartments! Vincent is such a great help with everything and is very friendly. The location and neighborhood is amazing! More and more people are moving to this area so it’s not as empty. The neighbors are super nice and just the apartment overall is great."
