As I read down the reviews and saw the poor ratings, I thought about an incident that I had and thought, "yeah, I feel the same way and I'm not purchasing again from this group", however I have to say, I was in the wrong, and they, as human beings responded to me in a professional manner. We as educators must take the responsibility to know the deadlines that people give to us and meet that deadline or face having to purchase again. We cant expect for rules to be bent for us.
