"Horrible customer service!! They didn't have the shoes I wanted. Then convinced me to try another pair that I wasn't sure about. I wasn't going to buy them but I was told that their return policy was great. After wearing them once for an indoor game the right shoe started to split on the outside and just uncomfortable all around... 2 days after purchasing them I tried to return them, and they wouldn't take them back. They said it wasn't a big enough split and because I used them once they would not exchange or refund them!! I should not have listened to their recommendations in the first place, partially my mistake but the return policy seemed legitimate... Horrible customer service in my opinion... I ended up going to Soccer & Lifestyle. He didn't have what I wanted either but offered to order them for me and he even called another shop to see if they would have them... Much better experience."
