"LBC is considered the lousiest Door to Door Service Company. They have booked an appointment for baggage pick-up today and they never came. We tried to call their Concord California Seafood City but nobody is answering the call. Finally we reached their 1-800 number and told us that we are not on the lists for pick up. And the lady told us that nobody will answer the call in their Concord Office. What’s the use of having telephone numbers in the Google List of Businesses if they will not answer calls of customers. Addendum: LBC Representative called me up @ 9:07 PM. They should call the Customers if they can’t make it on time. Pick up schedule is 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Very unprofessional employees!"

"Store will tell you your air packages go out same day but that's a lie. Delivery for air is currently 6 days to North Luzon but the package sat in the store for 7 days before it was even transfered to the airport. Don't waste your money with this company."
