U.S. Bank Branch

"I had a couple issues with my card and I spoke to many bankers within this past week and customer service reps over the phone. Their system takes forever to update, I've had U.S. Bank for a while. The people are rude and don't take their job seriously. I'm not pointing directly at this U.S. Bank location, just talking about U.S. Bank in general. I found a better bank, CHASE."

"Most of the employees here are RUDE. I visited this bank on 7/19/19, around 11am & wasn't greeted when I entered. They made me feel as if I didn't belong there! However, the OTHER 3 customers who arrived after me received warm welcomes. My Teller, Nelly & the other lady at the window were the ONLY ones who were PROFESSIONAL. I guess you have to "look" a certain way in order to receive good customer service from the others."

"Horrible employees!!! very rude!!!!! martini disrespectful to clients fixing there accounts. Would not do business here!!!!!! martini Argues and has a bad attitude. These people waste your time and have no understanding to what your asking for( hence: Get an education). I left without getting the right assistance. Manager is to blame. She cannot train her branch to be professional!!!!!! 0 stars for 0 efforts to assist clients!!!!!"

"5 stars for this branch. Thank you to branch manager Laura Morones for assisting me. I went to a Santa Fe Springs branch but the teller couldn’t help with what I needed and no one else was available. Great customer service here. Will now do my banking here."

"Absolutely terrible!!! On 1/23 11:35 I walked in to have my US Bank check cashed. So I was told that I had a over draft fee for $36 which I ask for a it to be waved, I was told that was not possible since it was not there error. So I agreed since it made sense. I was ask if I wanted to have the money deposited on the account so I Agreed since and I had to make some payment with my card. I ended up leaving. About a hour latter at work I try making a payment with no luck, I went to eat at the jack in the box (In my 30,in lunch)waited in line order and the card was declined. Went to the ATM and the card was declined as well. I ended up going back to the branch. I was told everything was ok with the card I explain to the woman(don't want to give her name) that I had just walk in to the branch with the check two hours ago. After 15min it turns out that the first younger lady who had help me did not submit to the system that I had paid the over draft fee so this is why my card was LOCK. I was extremely frustrated since I had gone over my 30 lunch I had no lunch I spend the last 40 min looking like a fool. Plus the driving from one place to another in traffic Every thing simply because a employee from the bank didn't t do there job right the first time. I walk out and will be closing the account. It may not sound as bad but it was crazy..."
