"Being the subsidized public transit for disabled, at $8 round trip for mother in her wheelchair and me, we are satisfied. The pickup and drop off time are given a window of time of 30 minutes and drivers are usually reliable, both male or female. We use it to go to Davita Dialysis center. Payment is via mobile app linked to credit card or Paypal. Drivers usually ambulate and push the wheelchair from the home ramp to the door in the lobby. They take care strapping and securing the wheelchair and passenger. The downside is waiting up to 30 minutes for it to arrive."

"Have used twice so far since a stroke. The first time, they were a few minutes late, to take me to lunch with my boss. Not ideal. This morning, they decided to come a half hour early, and then leave. Not great when you were trying to catch a train to go far away. Fortunately, Lyft saved me. It would be one star if they actually ran me over. Hope springs eternal."
