"Place is a rip off $7 and some change for a popcorn shrimp and just a 3 piece chicken tenders no sides just tenders there is really nothing in this damn box then I went back in and showed this to which I was told that is more than what should have been given but it's the right portion and it was cooked by management smh REALLY!!!!"

"I'm a truck driver and I had placed an order of 6 wing combo with fries and the cashier and cook had gave me like 10 cold fries and hot chicken. I then asked for hot fries and the cook dropped like (no lie) about 10 measly more french fries and told me I had to wait 3 more minutes. Another employee named Craig walked and he heard how dissatisfied I was to not only be given cold French fries and made to wait longer for hot ones but he accommodated me with a small extra portion of fries and he apologized. Something the cook and the other cashier didn't do. Craig made me feel like a valued customer and I felt like he appreciated my business with Popeyes. Thank you Craig for your ex emotional service today."

"The people working here were the best. The group in line in front of us started picking a fight with the guy working and he patiently and graciously listened and offered solutions. (This happened several more times while we were there) They were a lot busier than it looked because of online orders (there were 7-8 in the queue) and remaking a huge order for Chicken Karen so it did take some time to get our food. The staff checked in repeatedly with us and apologized for the delay, even though we could see how hard they were working and kept telling them "you're fine, you're doing great, we work retail too so we get it, we'll be here when it's done." The food was perfect when it came. Really wonderful guys working here who handled some ridiculous people in a professional way. You should be proud to have them."

"I am not a huge fan of fast food, but Popeyes is my favorite and I live 4 hrs from the closest so when I get near one, I need to stop. I was leaving my kids house early so I googled and found this earliest opening, so I called the day before and spoke to Craig just to make sure there would be chicken at nine. I got there a few minutes after 9 and was greeted by the same guy I spoke to the day before. This young man was helpful, energetic, knowledgeable and an asset to this franchise and if I had my own business I would have tried to steal him away. The food was fabulous l, the order perfect and the ambiance just what you’d expect. Stop and get you some."
