"John (owner of) Blue Water Realty represented the seller when we bought our home in Washburn, WI. Unfortunately for us, John was good friends with the sellers which rendered him unable to act professionally during our negotiating and closing process. In our efforts to communicate with the sellers days before closing, John was unable to do his job of relaying information from our realtor to his clients. In fact, he ended up arguing with and swearing at our realtor in response to our requests. John inserted himself where it was inappropriate and unnecessary and our overall observation of him is that he is unprofessional at best. We left the sale happy to be done with him and disappointed with the slimy way that things unfolded.
