(1) Despite paying for a "premium" service we were charged an extra 20% by Shyft's sub-contractors who threatened not to release our belongings if we did not pay. Shyft offered no support. (2) Our package included assembly. The delivery team refused to assemble. Shyft offered no support. (3) No response to emails asking for help for over a week. Would not work with Shyft again."
