"A very long story short, but my car got a flat tire the afternoon before I had to leave town the next morning at 6AM. Enterprise closes at 5:30pm, but I had a doctor's appointment at 5pm on the other side of town that I could not reschedule. I called and explained my situation, and Ryan stayed an extra 20 minutes to make sure I could pick up a vehicle. It totally got me out of a bind, and I can't thank him enough.
