"I had a charge on my account a few months back and I had to call quite a few times to have it removed. I did not order anything from Amazon and was told it was an error. And I do not feel that this credit union help the customer credit wise in anyway."

"This is a sadly run Credit Union. I called and order a savings check to pay my property taxes. They sent one and then sent another several days later. They wanted me to return the second check... their error. I didn’t because we had savings to cover both. Later I found out they were paying my auto loan several months early.. including interest. Wrong. After threatening to pick up my car I had to send the money even though I had a balance in my savings. Never do business with this MEM branch."

"Customer service and overall system functions could be a lot better. Recommend keeping money on you in case of the glitches they have in the system in witch your debit card won't work. Need customer service agents on the westcoast because they are 2 hours ahead in Memphis and will be closed by 2pm Pacific time. Most inconveniences I have ever had with a credit union"
