"WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NASTY AND RUDE THE WAY THEY HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND PLEASE DON’T SIGN ANY TYPE OF LOAN WITH THEM LITERALLY HIT A HARD SHIP GRAND PARENTS (2) PASSED AWAY DAD HAD A STROKE ETC ETC CALLED THEM AFTER BEING LATE. NOTE NEVER LATE BEFORE THEY TOLD ME I HAD 24 Hrs TO PAY OR THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE MY TRUCK PICKED UP. THEY STILL SENT IT UP REPO AFTER GIVING THE WHOLE PAYMENT AND LATE FEES. CANT BE TRUSTED IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS PLEASE LOOK INTO THEM FIRST."

"If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This company is poorly ran. The representatives/managers are rude and they will end a call on you. I was told that Daisey was the manager. I’ve spoken with her and she has terrible customer service. Alandra is a representative, she has been helpful to me throughout this time. Do not Finance through this company. They are taking money from my account when they are not authorized to do so. They have placed me and my family In a bind multiple times. Again!!!! Do not finance here. The BBB/ social media platforms will know of this matter as well!! I understand that when you’re desperate for someone to finance you , you take the first available company but please please do not harm yourself by financing w this company. I’d be surprised if the company responded to this review . That may be their only chance to respond professionally. You will not see S.Fisher (my Google profile for reviews) in your system but this message is on behalf of a company that I am part owner of. I bet they would assume the company that I’m affiliated with. That’s just how unprofessional they are. Yelp is next for a review!"

"This company helped me back in 2021 get my first truck in the trucking industry 2015 Freightliner cascadia. I paid that off in less than a year and I’m forever grateful for this company allowing me the funding to start my business especially when no other company would take a chance on a new entity/authority. Customer service could use improvement but with the amount of business and calls as well as today’s financial climate, it is understandable how busy they could be. I will be attempting to purchase another truck in the next few days. Thanks guys!"
