"Deceitful practices by Avis. Why can’t companies be open and forthright?? When extra charges are buried in a stupid long contract drawn up by lawyers, it’s deceitful. Place charges right up front. Cannot recommend Avis in good faith. Also damage was on car that wasn’t annotated on forms. Had I not brought to attention before I left I could have been held liable."

"Was able to reserve a vehicle online without incident. When I arrived at this pickup site. I was greeted by a courteous young lady who provided me with thorough and prompt service. As one of two car rental agencies in the Chippewa valley area. I appreciate it being given a choice of vehicles and being able to rent a vehicle for days of my choice, and after hour drop off. Thank you Avis!"

"I rented a car from Avis and due to a flight cancellation had to change the dropoff location from Milwaukee Wisconsin to Green Bay Wisconsin. They charged me an extra $150 for changing the drop off Location. Very unprofessional. They made some extra money but lost a customer. Mickey Judkins"

"About s month ago I rented a jeep thru Avis at the Eau Claire WI airport and wrote a very negative review regarding my experience. I was very upset that I was unable to get ahold of anyone in their customer service department.After my review I was contacted by Mr. Ron Van Ness who was the territory manager. I was impressed that he reached out to me and we did resolve the issue I originally was upset about. I was impressed that he had actually reached out to me and was very happy with the way he helped me resolve my problem. My only suggestion to Avis would be to make it a little easier for a customer to be able to contact someone from customer service if they needed to but I would definitely recommend checking Avis if you do need to rent a vehicle. I went to Chippewa Falls Airport in Eau Claire, WI and I was given Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good and affordable prices. That was fantastic!! I will not hesitate to go there again! Emmanuel"
