"DO NOT WORK WITH DALE ZEGLIN! He makes promises and acts like he is getting you a deal and helping you out but he will only help you when he directly benefits from your account. As soon as he has gotten his sales cut, he will stop responding to you and not work to help you get your system up and running. The system itself works, but the customer service is horrendous. If you can go elsewhere, do, because a company with this terrible of customer service should be doing something to correct this kind of thing from happening. * We referred my parents to sunrun and after almost a year of back and forth waiting for the install, Dale just dropped them and stopped responding to them even after they had signed a contract and made plans for install. Another sales rep from the company came in and saved the day but as soon as Dale wasn't making money off my parents, he dropped them. SO unprofessional. After over a year of waiting for install, they just got them installed thanks to the new sales rep that stepped in. Thank you Johnny!"

"Must be nice for some people to have their solar installed. I'm still waiting for mine. We signed in November of 2022. It's July 2023 and still not finished. I'm growing impatient, so I had to post to let people know what to expect. Update: August 21, 2023 finally completed and online. Only catch is now there is an error in the system and its not producing solar from what the readungs tell me zero.... They are sending somone out at unknown time in the future... soo close to having solar, but still not yet. Still getting the 600 dollar utility bills during the summer time which I was hoping to avoid by signing up last November. ***Funny side note ,my parents signed up in June with Sunrun and it only took them one month to complete installation. Just frustrated with the service on my end..have to tell somone...hopefully one day I will have solar...keep my fingers crossed.... System up in running yesterday finally... almost a year to complete. I will bump review to 2 stars, now Im finally done... it was like "pulling teeth" with this whole ordeal."

"My experience with Sunrun at the outset was excellent. The salesperson that I dealt with, Josh Cohen was very professional, transparent and provided responses to questions and concerns in a very timely manner. The installation crew were efficient, friendly and and completed the work in a single day. I did need to have a technician come back to our house when we were connected to the grid, because some of the connections from the battery were not correct. This was done quickly and to my complete satisfaction."
