"I have been with this bank and branch or decades through 3 takeovers. The staff there did not change for the most part which shows a loyalty to employees. Some original people are still there. I am not sure about some of the negative reviews. Any person can personally have a bad day, workloads can be heavy with people out sick or working while not feeling well. Some people don't seem to like anybody. Whatever the case, I have experienced that every person working there is genuinely very kind and helpful. I do not experience any longs lines when I visit. Candy is a go to person there who sincerely has your best interests at heart and has never failed to help me with any complication that did arise. I feel fortunate to have had her on the customer's side constantly. All banks have the same irritating rules, procedures and miserable underwriting groups to deal with. At least at this one the people there do care and will really do anything in their power to make you happy and meet your needs. It is a very nice feeling to go where you are genuinely liked."

"I paid my mortage to them from my Chase account on Sep 1 - they then did an automatic debit from an empty Citi account after receiving the check from Chase. In effect they took two payments, but put my Citi account into the red. I called. Customer service who did not help. I drove to the bank and shut my accounts down. After I closed all my accounts with them they still debited a closed account! However, the tellers in Thousand Oaks were understanding and kind. I doubt this bank will ever see me again."

"I use the ATM at this branch regularly. Whether checking my balance or transferring funds between my accounts, it is nice to have 2 ATMs to use. When I have gone inside, the tellers have always been friendly and efficient in any transactions I needed to do in there."

"I came in on a Saturday morning to help my parents with a transaction. We walked and immediately was ignored, not acknowledged, greeted, nor asking if we needed assistance. The blonde teller just sat at her desk and gave us a glance and back to her screen hoping we wouldn't approach her... unfortunately she was the only banker at this branch on a Saturday morning so we were forced to talk to her. She needed authorization from the teller so she takes us to the front only to be met by another awful person who works here. Her name is AZMARY AKHTER and she gave us the worse experience we've ever had to endure at a bank. She racially profiled my parents and spoke with an attitude because they asked her to clarify a few questions and concerns they had. This treatment was beyond unacceptable! A few documents needed to be signed and she went ahead and just threw them at us and printed us out screenshot copies. Really? This Indian woman AZMARY was super unfriendly and just carried herself with a cold demeanor. Stay clear of this bank, and teller. I do not recommend banking here."
