"We were disappointed with the Saturday afternoon lunch cruise. The cruise had no narration of the area’s history or the river. It did have a lot of loud people and that’s not any fault of the boat crew. But, it made for a less enjoyable experience. The lunch cruise was definitely not worth the price of $33 each. Cold cuts were average with no condiments and they quickly ran out of the better desserts. You have to pay extra for coffee and soda pop. Just an average cruise with less than average food."

"This was a delightful experience. Stopped with my mom while in Stillwater. Have wanted to do the boat ride for a while, but never met our schedule until now when we visit. I ordered tickets online that morning before we left the house. I called to verify they had 30 people at least- as it will be canceled if not. They DID, so we were a good. Bit cloudy when we started, but the sun soon came out. We read online to arrive at least 45 minutes early. That seemed like too much to us, we did 20 minutes. It was great, not a long wait until we left. Plenty of tube to find a table, grab a drink and use the restrooms. We were checked in quickly when we arrived. I was worried we wouldn’t be on the list, as I bought tickets 2 hours before- but we were. Staff is friendly, helpful and kind. We left promptly at 11:30am as ticket time said. Food was ready for us a bit into the trip- maybe 10 minutes. We were divided up and let go grab food by tables. Kept you from standing for long times and a bit more order. Food was fresh and delicious. Many choices. It would have been nice if someone came by to take drink orders, but it wasn’t an option. I’m guessing our boat had 70 people on it or more. Not at all crowded. Ample seating remained on all 3 levels. There are no bad seats. Restrooms are clean. We just finished and someone came by to take our plates for us. Very nice staff- EVERYONE really wants you to have a nice time. We were back right at 1:20pm and started to get off about 1:28pm. It’s very organized. I felt comfortable, safe and enjoyed myself as did those with me. Highly recommend! I can only think what a great option for a wedding reception or even anniversary celebration."

"Two friends and I went on a brunch cruise on Labor Day weekend. It was great! We were on the ship Avalon. It has 3 stories: two dining rooms and an observation deck. Both dining rooms had bars were you could get alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and pay for them with cash or credit card. The mixed drinks were about $10 and the regular drinks like soda or juice were $2. There was also water (free in a dispenser plus they walked around pouring it a couple times) and coffee (also free). The food was really good. The cheesy hash browns were a favorite. There was fruit, pastries, bacon, eggs, French toast, and a couple other things. It was extremely hot that day but the boat had air conditioning in the enclosed decks. It still got a little bit hot. The bathroom on our deck (middle) ran out of toilet paper in all of the 5-6 stalls and that became a mild controversy with some of the passengers. The lower deck bathroom was fine. The journey went south for 1 hour and then turned around and came back. It was pretty. There were a lot of small boats also on the river and we saw some people on the beach on Segways. The boat has a rule that if they have under 30 people, they won't sail, so I emailed and checked and they said they would have 30. I think it was at least 100 people. I didn't know the scope at all. Not sure if it's like that every weekend or not."
