"I wish I could rate lower. This is the most incompetent place I have ever had to deal with, I feel like I have a higher chance at dying here from negligence, than when I was active army. They made 3 wrong appointments for me, and then had me drive to Madison VA for an appointment but didn't order labs or x-rays, and the nurse who messed up couldn't be reached because it's "friday afternoon, " so happy I took of work for this appointment. Shame on all of you. Do better, you can't do any worse..."
