"Not impressed with this branch whatsoever. Go somewhere else. The manager has a hard time keeping his mask on, touches his mask every ten seconds. He was helpful in setting up some banking stuff for me, but he seems so smarmy and off-putting. (Sorry.) Another banker told me, when I was asking about my son's account, that banking wasn't a right but a privilege. How odd. I was so taken aback. So odd."

"Total disregard to the securing of your identity information in this branch! I went in to open an account for my son May 7 . The banker who helped me made s mistake and opened it in my husbands name instead . Upon realizing the mistake he proceeded to cancel the account and open the correct one with the correct payee. He assured me that the original error account paperwork would be shredded! Well guess NOT! Two weeks later these papers containing ALL our personal info were found by a stranger on the street under a bush half a mile away from the branch ! The bank can’t seem to explain how this happened . With such a careless attitude to personal information I’d recommend to stay away from this branch !"
