Reviews of The Neuro Team at Bellin Health
"The only decent part of the Neuro team is Jeremy in the physical therapy dept. Here we are 2 years later and no improvement. This is the 3rd time I have called Nikki and she never even bothers to return your calls. I called cause I was in terrible pain and waited ALL day. Nothing then I had to call back the next morning and shes off. Such wonderful communication. NOT! 8/30/23 Still seeing Jeremy Cross. He's an absolute life saver. However the support staff at Neuro Team is HORRIBLE!!! I just had a gal shut the glass window in my face after telling me she would not help me schedule my appts. WOW, JUST WOW. Sorry someone made you do your job today sweetheart."
"I was hit by a speeding car while jogging. I had multiple spine surgeries and almost died 3 times. Had a PIC line into my heart for almost 2 months. Got excellent care in Florida. Moved to Wisconsin in 2019 and Bellin has done very little. Most recently I had a new born. My back pain got so bad I told them I couldn’t take care of myself daily, thar I couldn’t lift my baby daughter to hold her or change her diapers. My 7 year old son cries so much cause dad can’t throw a ball or play with him. Recently went back to Florida to visit friends and family and my fiancé had to carry all the suitcases, load and unload the car, take care of me and both kids it wasn’t fair to her. Told Bellin pain in may was just unbearable. They made me wait a couple weeks to due a RFF that they said takes 6-8 weeks to work if it even helps. They wouldn’t do anything for this crippling pain that has made me lay around in pain the like no one could imagine. Bellin doesn’t care at all. Worse Neuro pain management group ever. Just recently found out they don’t have copies of my previous surgeries or medical records despite me listing the surgeries on every form they ask over and over about them. Signing releases for records in 2019 and thinking I’ve been being treated for them. Most horrible experience of my life was with the Neuro team at Bellin. I also requested an MRI for months before they finally would even do one. Why??? I’ve also been told my blood pressure is “dangerously” high because of the intense pain and even warned by other nurses and Drs I’m at risk for not being around for my children. All cause of the horrible medical staff at Neuro Team Pain Management Bellin. Mysel, my family, my kids deserve a team that cares about their futures. Neuro Team Bellin clearly does not!"
"Been referred here twice now and they have done nothing to help with my pain. Ive struggled for over 20 yrs with pain, but it has increased dramatically since july. They gave me muscle relaxer which did nothing so gave me a different one but it made me so tired i couldnt say awake, tried a arthritis med which didnt help, and caused extreme stomach pain. Now they dont even read my messages and have made me jump through hoops to get an injection which the day before i was to get it they canceled and said i couldnt have it due to an antibiotic i am taking when they knew i was taking it when they made me go to pt in order to get the injection, so its been 3 1/2 months of not really being able to walk or do anything and still in excruciating pain, with no help from the Nicole Hanson. I was referred for pain management and all i got was more pain, disappointment, and not knowing what to do next, because the pain is so bad."
"Two neurologists, different illnesses. Very disappointed with them. Pain mgmt just one and horrible. I can’t get medical treatment like I did with a different place. I moved and needed to get established with new health care team and I went with them. One point I questioned if a medicine they wanted to try was the same as past. A week went by so I called again and after another week I heard back, but never found for sure if the same. Communication to each other there is poor. My old team is shocked how things have been with me along with home health program, caregiver, family, and PT. Myself too, of course. If you choose to go there, I hope your experiences are better than mine. I’m finding a different place to go. Years ago, the neurologist for my epilepsy said there were no new medications to try for my intractable epilepsy. There were 3 kinds. She also tried to treat my cluster headaches with meds and injections and didn't help. She said nothing more to try. I had read about oxygen therapy before she told me that. I needed to try it (it helps with migraines) so why not try? I asked her and she said no. I said it might not, but I need to try anyway. She said no. I asked my primary and right away, said yes to it. It does help. He said "just oxygen, worth a shot". Exactly! She also told me about a malformation I have. When I switched to different neurologist, it wasn't seen. Surgeon didn't see it either. Something else, but not what she said. And even more than what I've said here that I stopped seeing her. She just got worse and worse. Menomonee Falls pain MGMT helped me with the painful part of disease. Kindness, common sense, education, and help from that Froedtert location like Bellin should have. I actually had happy tears with how well it went in Menomonee Falls."
"The Neuro Team is THE BEST. Every time I have an appointment I feel like I'm treated like family. Everyone there is always so nice & never makes you feel hurried. Sarah Jabo is a REAL GEM. She makes me feel like I am her only patient & ALWAYS goes the extra mile to listen & take time for me. I am so lucky that she is there for me. Dr. Yeatman is one of the nicest & most helpful pain doctors around. What a wonderful team that I have in both Sarah & Dr. Yeatman. And THANK YOU to the whole team there. Always so kind & helpful. I can't thank this team enough."
