"Dr. Biernat is amazing. She is thorough, and actually listens to what you are saying. She will be sure to run the appropriate tests and really cares if you are unwell and wants to make you feel better. Appointments can be a bit difficult to get, but I understand that because she’s that good. I have seen other providers in the past if I can’t see Dr. Biernat, but that hasn’t worked out for me, and I end up coming back to see her so she can correctly treat any illness or issue I have. Now, I will just wait for her first available appt rather than waste time seeing anyone else. She’s that good. The only negative is that this clinic seems to have an issue with nurse retention. You may have an excellent nurse for a while, and next thing you know, they have been replaced with one that’s not as great. I think they get a lot of nurses that are new to the field that move on to better things. They should really try hard to keep the good ones."
