"Both nurse and physician were very comforting, helpful and knowledgeable. Explained everything from the test being performed and the medication being prescribed. First time at this location, everyone was very efficient. I was in and out with in a half hour."

"After trying to get in at my regular urgent care but being told incorrect hour information, I decided to go here. I realized it was 3:50 on a weekend but my 1 year old daughter was miserable with double ear infections and I was desperate for help. I (6 months pregnant mind you) hauled in my crying 1 year old and was poorly greeted by the receptionist "We close in 10 minutes". I told her I was aware and begged is there any way I could have a doctor just look in her ears, and she said no. This is why we have appointments - we cannot make space. While I understand the point of appointments - this is urgent care... I also am usually understanding when it comes to weekends, but this is a miserable 1 year I am hauling around just to get some relief. Had it been myself I wouldn't have expected to be seen. I was disgusted with her attitude and lack of sympathy - I hope no one else has to experience this especially with littles. Shame on her."

"My nurse was so helpful and so sweet! Waited less time than was told. So that is always super nice! Big difference than our big city hospitals back in Texas, in a good way of course!"

"I've been to east DePere urgent care a couple of times and was not satisfied with either visit. The nurse practitioner did not listen to my symptoms and give me ways to feel better. At the last appointment she was fixed on covid, test came back negative. Even when the covid came back negative she didn't have a solution for my symptoms. A waste of 2 hours and hundreds of dollars."

"Room was thoroughly clean, and staff (PSR —> RN —> NP) was extremely professional and friendly giving my teen a through upper respiratory exam for simply symptoms of an ear infection. Payment (copay) was convenient using Apple Pay. There was no wait time (we called ahead). We were in and out in less than an hour with the prescription sent immediately to our pharmacy where it was ready when we arrived (Aurora Pharmacy on Greenbrier)."
