"They do a great job on getting you in right away. However, they lack the ability to provide quality service, they like to charge you for multiple office visits to address same issues. I have completed self tests at home and they never believe you. They make you complete again in office to charge you more money. On top of it, I was prescribed the wrong medication."

"Will NOT be returning here. Was 12 mins late to my new patient appointment. Had trouble finding the building. Since I was a few minutes late they cancelled my appointment and wanted me to reschedule when I had already made arrangements to leave work today to get this resolved. Poor patient service. I work in the medical field as well and at my job we will try to do what we can to accommodate the patient. Worst experience ever, now I’ve taken off work for nothing and will still have to find a new PCP."

"I have gone to this clinic for years but lately i feel the care provided has seriously declined. not only me but many other family members have been disappointed with the level of care we have received. overall our needs have not been met and it’s just been a big let down. the staff is friendly but they don’t listen or provide adequate care. hopefully i will be switching clinics soon."

"Like this clinic. Been with them for over 20 years. My Dr retired a year ago. Had him for 20 years. Worked with the facility next to clinic. So already knew who he was. Watched how he was with his patients. That's how I made my decision. Great care from him and his nursing staff. So the last year I had to find a new Dr. That was hard to do. Always welcoming and respectful. The receptionist are also great. Always curtious and dignified. Reassuring that they'll be right with you. Just met my new Dr for the first time. My Dr was so smart he put all my medical history on a disk for me. I like the fact that they listen to the patient. Don't pass judgment. Not degrading or rude. Had many that were. Just because books tell them what to do. Doesn't mean it's right. Never passed judgment on me. Just listened. Staff has always been good. Polite, helpful, and let you know what's next. Open the doors for you and ask if you need assistance out. Hours are also very negotiable. Has 2 floors so they split the days up between the 2. Clean, and also have coffee if you want it. K cups just 4 hr old coffee. Also text and call the day before appointment for a reminder. Very family oriented. Most the staff has been there a long time. I've enjoyed my last Dr. Hope I enjoy my new one just as much."
