"Mercy is the worst place to deal with. They constantly try saying they are not in network, when in fact they are. When you call to fix it the people are not very helpful and very stand-offish. I have lost count of the number of appointments that they have canceled due to bogus reasons without so much as a phone call. I am completely disappointed by Mercy Health and their actions."

"After specifically telling the medical staff that I would not authorize tests unless they were covered by insurance, they went ahead and sent labs off and I got a bill. (I was simply there for a routine annual check-up I am in pretty good health and other than a sore shoulder after a fall, no complaints.) Several of the tests I was questioning (perhaps they had someone else's chart, because they really didn't pertain to me.) I asked for a written explanation of why the tests were ordered. After numerous phone calls, emails and a certified letter asking for this, I still have not received anything from the doctor or the office."

"All blood drawns suck but everytime I come here they're very forceful I usually end up with a brused arm but this time I think i have some nerve damage due to her telling me to push down on the gauze while the needle was still inside my arm (I didn't know she didnt pull it out yet I just was listening to what my nurse was telling me to do.) lots of pain in my wrist and forearm."

"Dr. White is a great Doctor. I would give this clinic 5 stars for just the staff. Unfortunately it is very difficult to make an appointment with the current days/hours with the current days and times the clinic is open unless you want to wait several weeks."
