"I love my glasses! Wide variety to choose from and was able to look around and try on all the pairs I wanted (some several times) with zero pressure from the sales staff. Additionally I have a larger head and had gone to a couple other optical shops before I went to Shopko Optical and all the glasses I liked felt too tight, but Shopko Optical had a lot of glasses that fit me comfortably and it was really nice to have so many options to choose from. My only complaint was how hard they pushed the $40 warranty program. They included it in the initial cost and tried to sell it as something I could and should get with all the money I had saved from my insurance and then even when I signed the paper to opt out they tried to sell it to me all over again when I picked up my glasses. Overall I’d absolutely go there for glasses again because I’m so pleased with the ones I got, just wish there had been a little less of the “hard sell” approach when it came to that."
