"This place has been terrible. Went there and received a diagnosis and an x ray. There plan costed over 10,000$ and were trying to charge for things like exercises and 600$ for ortho insoles. There are some for under 100$ on Amazon. Also I have tried to retrieve my x rays from them. I have called 6 different numbers that all have no voice mail set up and they make it way to difficult to contact the office I went to. You can only call a corporate number that helps with nothing. This place is terrible look for other options."

"So, for someone like me, who has a lot of patience and compassion for others, it is always concerning trying new customer service places especially, in the medical field. I am always concerned that the people are just in it for the money and really concerned about me as a patient. That said, since I've been going to see Dr. Pio, her and her staff, Diana and now the new CT, Kay, are all very polite and professional. I can definitely feel the kindness and compassion for their patients. Which is refreshing to see in this day in age where a lot of "professionals" have lost the sense of compassion and dedication for "their" career choice and it definitely shows. So, I am extremely grateful and pleased to be in the hands of the staff at Chiro One."

"My husband went here over a year ago to correct knee pain. The doctor at the time (no longer there) ended up hurting his knee and he discontinued care. At the time, we contacted her and she said he would not need to pay for services. He received a bill in the mail for $900 a few weeks ago. Absolutely ridiculous."
