"In my opinion I strongly suggest that NO ONE use this company and they should not be trusted.... They were hired by Costco to deliver a hot tub to my house. After waiting over 8 weeks, I finally contacted the company to find out the status of delivery. I was told by Mark that it was sitting on the delivery dock and they were unable/incapable of making the delivery. Per Mark, they didn't have the means or personnel to make the delivery. So instead, they left it on the shipping dock. After multiple phone calls, Mark asked if I would be able to assist in dismounting the hot tub from whatever vehicle they planned to utilize for delivery. I explained to Mark that it wasn't my responsibility to remove the hot tub from the vehicle. Mind you this hot tub weighted approximately 1,000 pounds. So instead of finding additional personnel, he lied to Costco and told them that we refused the delivery. What a joke. I didn't spend two weeks building a deck to place my hot tub on only to turn around and cancel the purchase. Because of his lying, I spent 6 days trying to convince Costco that we did not, in fact, refuse the delivery and Mark lied. The headache, time spent, and confusion, induced by Mark's lying were infuriating. What a waist. If Mark could have just been honest with Costco we could have avoided the frustration all together. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well."
