"I ordered one of of the RMT clubs. I was not happy with how my package arrived. Unwrapped, box damaged and looked used. I reached out to customer service and this guy Matt said he is looking into it and will get back to me. Asked for photos, after I sent photos said they are looking into it. It's been over a month and I am over the 30 day and I reached out before this review numerous times. Poor customer service. Poor delivery package and no responsibility for product damage. Do not waste your money or time. (This review has nothing to do with the gym itself no experience. This has to do with $100 of my money not being returned after the product itself was damaged.) This is not a fake account. I have sent multiple emails for a response and have yet to resolve this issue."
