"Rented a bike from these guys spontaneously last Friday afternoon. Very easy and convenient online booking (I booked same day about 30 min before pickup). Pick up and drop off was super quick and easy. Bike was solid. Guy at the shop was friendly and helpful. I was happy with the pricing - $20 for 1/2 day rental of hybrid city cruiser bike w/helmet and lock. 5 stars all day. Looking forward to renting a bike from these guys again next time I’m back in town."

"I was returning from my cycle touring trip in Mexico and needed a spare bike box to pack my bike before heading to the airport. FYI I am a tiny 5 feet tall human and had never taken apart and boxed a bike before. Ming from the shop not only gave me a spare box but lent me tools and taught me how to unscrew and pack everything. I got everything into my taxi and got to the airport on time. Fantastic service - stop by if you can!!"
"Being able to walk to a bike shop is a rare occurrence so I love that this shop is in the heart of downtown. I've had my bike in my storage unit for a while. I brought it in because I was having issues getting my tires to fill with air. They were quick to diagnose what was happening ( it was total user error) and even took the time to explain to me how to adjust the attachment on my new pump so that it can properly attach. Super friendly and helpful, can't wait to use my bike again!"
