"Crap. Rude. They flake with no call. They expect people to move to accommodate them..yeah right. Don't use them. Plus they use people on parole which isn't a bad thing unless you find out they've been gone for so long and you don't know what they did but they're inside and outside of your house. I wrote this months ago. Update they were fine until we did move. The regular driver started to complain about were we moved to. Then the driver lied to me and I called the office and was told by 2 different people, one was the acting manager that the driver was never told what the driver told me. Then when it was time for my wife's next treatment, the driver told the office that he wouldn't transport my wife because I called him out about him liein. The dispatch called and wouldn't let me explain the situation. Instead kept talking over me. Called me a liar, conveniently because there's no Manger during the weekend. So now my wife is on her 5 day of no treatment. I will put a lawsuit on this company should my wife go to the hospital. They played this game last year too."
"I was traveling east bound headed to Great falls Montana with four other vehicles in front of me and one of your trucks behind me, shoved so far up my tailgate if I would have had to break for any reason he would have hit me. Did I mention the winter storm we were driving in? He tailgated me for several miles, and I had no way to get away from him. He then passed on a double yellow in a no passing zone. He was hauling two cargo trailers. This individual will kill someone some day, no doubt in my mind. Shouldn't be in the road. Period"
"Most drivers are kind and helpful. I used this service through Kaiser transport. All drivers were professional and helpful. Until today. Sadly my luck ran out. The driver was rude, unprofessional and argumentative. I was lifted onto the van in my walker. The drivers, all six previous ones, secured my walker and me into the van. Uneventful. This Neanderthal drove up with an attitude b4 he came out of the van. He parked in the wrong spot and we had to direct him to proper spot in front of Apts. He said no ride for me. Yelled at my caregiver and then said get another ride, sped out burning rubber. If this were last week I would have given them a five star review. This driver is hot headed and abusive. Be careful if you must use this company to let them know this crazy abusive driver is not driving you. I will be calling Kaiser to report the Co and driver in the morning. I’d be leary of him driving anyone let alone disabled people. When I called to complain the office mgr lied about my first call to her to discuss my needs. Protect yourself and stick to other transport services."
"This company has no structure. They take on more work than they are able to handle which results in them almost always being late to pick you up or making you wait for ridiculously long periods of time for a ride home. I've had drivers belittle me for my treatment (I go to a methadone clinic, everyday I'm scheduled to be taken there and then home). They schedule multiple appointments for the same time so so.e days they will pick you up and then just have you ride around with them as they pick up more important clients and drop them off before finishing your trip. I've had them input my trip wrong several times saying I didn't need a ride home so I would have to sit there for hrs until the office opens to call them and find out what's going on. The last time they told me it was accidentally entered as patient will call if he needs a ride home, but they don't open their office until 2 hrs after I need the ride home so I couldn't call anyway! The sad part is I have the same pickup time everyday for a round trip (take me there, I dose and 10 minutes later they take me home), yet somehow they seem to keep screwing it up. My insurance gives me a hard time about changing to a new service so here I am. It's been months and everyday my trip should be the same, yet they find a way to screw it up and keep me waiting for an hour or three. When I try to talk to the manager he won't answer my calls or return my texts. Save yourself the stress and go with someone else if you can, this company is a joke. I'd give it a negative rating if I could. It's like children are running this company."
"If I could give this company a negative rating I would. They have no concept of driver awareness and driver safety.. I would like to remind whoever's driving their vehicles that when the train gates are down even if you have to green light it doesn't mean that you can turn and be in an area with hash marks that say stay clear. In addition turn signals for lane changes are einches are a thing use them. The driver of vehicle SL30 need to go back to driver's school. I saw this dangerous behavior at Stockton and 35th in Sacramento California and the train crossing before that intersection."
