"I had a cruise booked with them. I asked to have it re-priced as the cost had gone down. I was told there was no price difference even though there clearly was. I cancelled my cruise with them, re-booked it myself with the exact same room and extras and was able to save $457. Don't waste your time with them, they were absolutely no help."
