"I sat in an office for an hour with no help and pretty bad congestion. It was busy at all mind you. Got annoyed so i walked out just to see 4 doctors in a room giggling and laughing while i sat in a room light headed from shortness of breath. Do not go here."
"My experience was okay but the wait time for a doctor to come in was ridiculous. I waited for Dr. Talley. was like 25 to 30 minutes. improvement less waiting time for a doctor to visit."
"Claudia was wonderful. She had great empathy for how I was feeling. The nurse/CNA that brought me back was also very emphatic. The wait time was crazy well over an hour. I'm guessing some of that was due to the fact the Washington Ave prompt care was closed for the day."
