"Terrible Customer service was to receive shipment last Friday now it’s Tuesday and I’ve called three times and these people are so lazy and could care less about customers. Last time I use this company. Next time pick up the phone and let me know where and when shipment will be here."

"Late shipment, poor customer service, no phone call or heads up that shipment was coming.... Not great experience. Our initial estimated date of delivery was much earlier than actual date; understandable as shipping is unpredictable. Problem I had was the website tracking was not updated as it could have been. When I called customer service the day of delivery, which was not updated on the website, customer service ensured me they would call to give me a 4 hour window; in actuality we got no phone call. The 450lb table was dropped off inside my office which was an inconvenience. Hope that the company can investigate the miscommunication and improve on protocols In the future. On the bright side thank you for a undamaged shipment."

"UPDATE: After filing a report to BBB, I am happy to report good news, that my horrible experience was made right by a very nice man from the Forward Air Corporation Headquarters in Ohio. He called me directly and fixed everything. He had my merchandise delivered the next day and even offered to reimburse the expenses accrued because of the problems with the previous truck drivers. He apologized and was gracious enough to follow up on this complaint personally. Thanks to him, I have a beautiful vanity to install now and no damage was done. There are still some people out there that care enough to right a wrong, and I appreciate it very much. INITIAL REVIEW: I didn't even want to give one star... they have the worst service. The driver misunderstood what I was trying to tell him, told the dispatch I asked him to bring the delivery into my house (which is a lie), yelled at me for no reason and left without leaving the package! I talked to three different people that all made excuses for him. Now they tell me I have to wait five more days because they don't deliver in my area often. Very bad on them, and the company that uses them to deliver their products should look for a better delivery service."

"Receiving starts at 7am. There is a guard shack and a locked gate after hours, however there is room to park overnight in the parking lot directly across from their entrance. Friendly, fast unloading was my experience. Recommended!"
