"Thank you for I got picked up on time for my 8AM appointment. However, after confirming with my insurance company my ride to pick me up at 9AM (an hour after my doctor's appointment), I was out there in the cold the whole time waiting for nothing. In short, no one picked me up. I had to call to find out what's going on because no courtesy notice or even a short phone call or text was made to at least notify me. So, unfortunately, I was already late for my next appointment (dental). I hope next time, this doesn't happen to anyone again because we have phones to communicate with and like I said, it is a common courtesy and kindness to inform your customer if the ride will be late or could not be there on time for a scheduled pick-up. I am writing this to better your service because the ride was scheduled and confirmed to begin with but someone was not efficient enough to do his or her job at your end. Thank you in advance though for paying heed and learning from this review and hopefully, helpful in a way in eliminating further mistakes like this in the future especially so that you're claiming in your website that you have a reliable service."

"Apparently Care First Health Plan and their corporate rental company, Call The Car, have added another small medical transport company to their "transportation fleet." In concerns to Doolo Medical Transport, their driver was at my front gate within about five minutes before my pickup time; I am allowed a fifteen minute waiting period, so long as I'm outside within the alotted time period (15 mins), I never encounter any problems. All drivers have the option to leave if one is quite late however, nothing of consequence has ever occurred. They keep in contact with you through your cell phone, so it is important that you call them back if you experience any problems. You are given a direct phone number to their dispatch center, just in case you encounter any unknown problems. I've had several drivers from all subcontractors show up within about fifteen minutes before my hour was up, and we still arrived at my appointment on time; that is because my doctors are all within about less than ten miles away from my house, something which I planned a decade ago ( They schedule you up to 1/2 an hour before your medical appointment in order to make sure that you get there on time ). I believe that my Doolo Medical Transport's driver's name was Juan and although all driver's have a "company GPS system"-it is used for directional purposes and also with some companies, as a way to track the exact mileage of each of their drivers-Juan seemed familiar with the area ( I often prefer to add suggestions that I feel are more efficient than one's GPS System, as the GPS sometimes programs itself to take a more difficult route and most drivers don't mind a suggestion that might get them there faster ). My driver dropped me off at my Sharp Rehabilitation appointment within less than fifteen minutes, which left me with a pleasant wait time and when I was done within 1 and 1/2 later he was there was waiting for me: Juan did what most other drivers do, by calling me about ten or so minutes before he arrived, so he was out waiting for me in front of my door and I had no problem discerning where he was at all. All in all, my ride was safe, relaxed and easy going, which is what I expect every time. It's nice that Doolo Medical Transport has been added to add to Care First's Medical Plan by adding more member transportation to their insurance paid ride share program so their Care First customers continue to make it to their medical appointments on time. It would also really surprise you, if you knew how much Care First 1st's Cal MediConnect Plan-soon to be merged with Blue Shield of California- helps its patients. I feel like I'm very special just to be part of their membership system. It seems to me like Doolo Medical Transport, which is located at 6035 University Avenue, Suite 20, San Diego,will add to Care First's Transportation Fleet, as they have a large volume of patients who often need transportation for their myriad medical needs. Enjoy your ride, especially when you have the privilege of having someone else to take you to your medical appointment, as some insurance companies don't do what Care First does."
