They can accept your Amazon return if it is already packaged with a pre-printed UPS, USPS or FEDEX label."

"I've been to this place before and the girl that helped me was ok. Came today waited inline just to be told they can't help me with my amazon drop off. Seems like he didn't want to work. Crazy thing is last time I did the exact same thing. And there is a sign in there that says they accept amazon. Also someone behind me asked for a notary but he said they don't do that. But last time I was there person in front of me got a notary done. Think this guy's ready to go home for the day."

"Me and many others had appointments for passports and we stood there for many hours and line didn’t move at all. People were just standing there upset and stressed. Honestly, in my opinion I believe that if you make an appointment your appointment time should be honored because sometimes we have to work and we request time off because we have “appointments” and we can’t be taking to much time off or simply have other things to do. Any how, there should be more time management in this location because our time was not respected. Thank you."
