"LOL. Received a totally rude email from Mahlon Tillotson saying “Who are you?” and that he felt pressured by my 1 phone call and 1 email asking about pricing. Then he followed up with a strange: “usually when I feel pressured it’s not worth our time”. That was his first sentence ever spoken to me as a new potential customer. In his defense he also weirdly admitted “I don’t work with the general public”. Shocking Mahlon. Truly shocking. He spoke to me as if I wasn’t worth his esteemed time and energy, yet I had two furniture deliveries with half a million in furniture (probably about 50 pieces) and could not get ahold of anyone at this company for nearly a week. He could’ve just scrolled down that very email to see “who I am” but apparently didn’t think to. Had a great first call with some female but when I sent her the requested information they never resurfaced. Until Mahlon did. Unprofessional and apparently not fans of new business. 100% deserving of a 1 star review and me taking my money elsewhere."
