"My experience was okay. The nurse who had helped me was an absolute mess. I was ordered to take specific testing related to my visit and she couldn't even get my name correct on the specimen bottle, kept calling me Lori (but all of my documentation says Lauren), she kept overwriting on this container because she couldn't get my birthday or name correctly despite me telling her. Genuinely felt like she was not listening to a god damn word I said which was reflected in every subsequent action she took. Needed a urine sample, didn't take my word on saying I could go. Gave me water. Asked me if I needed time, which clearly not based on my first response. Just an absolute scatter brained person."
