"This is a terrible company to haul for. They don't answer the phone, return messages or emails once you have delivered the load and have a problem. Such as detention. I booked a team load with Adair. When I arrived to pick up there wasn't anyone there who knew anything about the load. Pick up time was 0800, I arrived at 0730, finally loaded at 1230. Drove through the night to get to San Antonio by noon the next day, only to find out there was no rush. It's a F.C.FS. facility and they take their own drivers first. We were there until 1800 (6pm). I don't know if that was punishment for being from California or just because they were taking all the containers ahead of us. Which is the follow up to this if you are picking up here going to Toyota in San Antonio this is what you can expect."

My mom stood home all day only to get a text saying the delivery was cancel that day. when I called I was told it would be deliver in 2 day, package was already delay 2 days. super highly upset and I wasn't given an a reason as to why it was cancel."
