"Several of my items were missing, I called and asked several times and every single time someone said they'll get back to me and never did. I highly advise you avoid this business at all cost. Also, if you do decide to use them be sure to ask them exactly how much is it going to cost you and make them send you the final cost in written. They hit me with a $300 gas surcharge and they charged me 2 extra hours for absolutely no reason. I was told about this only when they were already at my door. This way I have no option to agree or reschedule with another company, if you're in a rush to move then you'll have no other option but to agree. Just avoid this place"

"I originally called Spry Movers to schedule a move and apparently they contracted it out to One Stop. While the man from One Stop who called me (Garrett) was very professional, that's about where it ended. On the scheduled move date, the movers never showed up and didn't even call. I had to call repeatedly to finally get answers. It turns out that some of the movers just never showed up to work that day. I was told they were looking for replacements for me, but never heard anything again after that, and the man who told me that wouldn't take my call or respond to my voicemail hours later to politely ask for an update. After calling back multiple times, I finally heard back from *another* moving company (which means my job was contracted out first from Spry to One Stop, and then from One Stop to Gorilla, with neither Spry nor One Stop informing me of this anywhere in the process: I didn't figure it out until I saw the billing statements), and that company was luckily able to help me... but by this point it was the end of the day. I came within 2 hours of being absolutely screwed. I wouldn't have been able to do my job the next day and there would have been serious financial consequences from me possibly losing my job *and* not being out of my old place on time. Avoid these guys at all costs unless you have the time and money to risk paying a deposit and nobody showing up on moving day. I don't know about you, but I'd say moves are already stressful enough without dealing with this kind of a nightmare!"

"I'm not sure what happened today because the reviews seem good but unfortunately today they did a bad job. They were hired to move the stuff from an apartment upstairs to the unit below. The tenant is in a wheelchair and can't walk on her own. The movers lefts her in the new unit and left all the boxes and big items blocking the kitchen and the entry. She had no access to food, water or a way to get out in case of an emergency. This is not how you treat a disable elderly woman or anyone for that matter. On top of that they charger her over $1000 just to move stuff from the unit above to below. Horrible service."

"They did a great job moving us from our two bedroom townhouse to our storage unit. They got the job done in under 4 hours (the minimum we paid) and were very professional and careful with our belongings. We had two movers and they were efficient. Craig was wonderful to work with and very professional. They called and texted me letting me know of their ETA and got there within their window of arrival. The customer service at the office setting up the move was nice as well."

"We used One Stop Moving to move us for the third time this past weekend. This is the best moving company hands down! We were moving from a large 4 bedroom to a larger home, and had a Cal King bed, kid's bunk beds and another queen bed, along with dining sets, couches etc. These guys were so efficient, professional and fast! They were quick to disassemble, load up the truck and wrap up all of our furniture to prevent any damage. They also wrapped our mattresses, lined the carpets with blankets and ensured that every box and piece of furniture made it to the correct spot. Having these movers made the otherwise painful process of moving, completely seamless! I can't recommend One Stop Moving enough!!! Hire them! You will never hire another company to move you!"
