"Dr Kerry Katz called to schedule for a yearly check up and then told me when I got there that I didn't need an appointment and asked why I made it if I didnt need it, then told me to leave. Then I get a letter saying that I missed my appointment without canceling. Also very disappointed to hear them complain about me while I was in the other room. Will never go again, very immature."

"When ever needed to come here it's always a pleasure. My physician Dr. Bhat is just amazing. My hands down favorite nurse here Katoya is just as great. The entire team at this office is friendly, understanding and it's just an all around great family oriented team. I wish all providers could be like the ones here."

"I've been going here for years. I've seen 3 separate doctors. All of them have been good. Especially my GP and her direct assistant nurse. All thr nurses I've seen, (a lot) have been very friendly. Most if not all the receptionists have been more than friendly. Just treat them like people, they do a great job always. Only con. Long wait times. On time. Early. Always a wait. They are extremely busy with so many elderly in the area so every day their schedules get pushed back I'm pretty sure. (Personal observations)"

"As I read the comments, I'm seeing all negatives about wait times and such. Good to know is that they've solved that problem. You get a LIVE person now, and wait is not a problem. That might be different if you call peak times, like when the office opens. I don't know about that. But I know they've solved the problems with phone calls and waiting. Good job Lakeshore."
