"For a while now, Medical support services has been providing services for a student at my day care center. The parents of the children set up times with the therapists, to come in and work on what the child needs assistance with. During these times we have gotten to know and work well with the therapists to help achieve the child’s weekly goals provided by the therapist. Each therapist that has come into our center has been absolutely wonderful. Not only with the child they are there to work with, but also the other children in the classroom. The therapists make physical therapy fun for the intended child, So much that the child’s classmates want to join in and even encourage them to finish the fun activity. To see the progress in the children that has been made with the therapists help has been amazing."

She is now 9 years old so you can imagine how many therapists and different facilities she has been to! This is the first facility where we feel the staff are part of our extended family. "My child is almost 7 years old, and we have been to most of the therapy places in the greater MKE area. We have tried a lot of them due to moving counties, clinic owners selling/merging/new management & flooding. MSS is our favorite by far! I was so excited when they expanded their Kenosha/Racine clinics to include a new facility in Oak Creek in early 2020. It is well located and an easy drive from our house. The building they are in was just built, so it is new, clean, bright, and welcoming. I also love that the building entrance is not shared with any other businesses/clinics – some of the other therapy providers share space with pediatrician offices, and I would rather avoid the additional people. And the gym area is HUGE and diverse! They have so many different activities/games/equipment to keep your child interested in their session. Their COVID response is great and consistent – they even make me comfortable as someone who is very germ careful because our child is medically complex and would not likely handle COVID well. The therapists are all excellent. We use speech, occupational and physical therapies. All of our therapists are a delight. They really know what they are doing and it feels like they really care about our child. We have done both teletherapy & in-person therapy and both are well executed. We would highly recommend MSS to our family and friends!"
