Two Men and a Truck

"The worst moving company I have ever experienced. How would you feel if you hired what seemed to be a reliable moving company and you paid $1500 for them to not even move all of your belongings? Better yet personal belongings went missing. I was so disappointed, the reviews seemed credible but I think they’re fake. We moved from apartment A and apartment B was 15 minutes away but they took 8 hours to move our belongings (some of the belongs) and were complaining that they didn’t know it was on a second floor and there was a bit of a walk from the truck to the apartment. I made sure to mention all this to the dispatcher that scheduled our move but it’s like everyone was in lalaland. I was charged an hourly rate and it seemed like they were just milking the clock. I was incredibly upset spoke to the manager and all they refunded me wad $225 for the inconvenience. We ended up having to move the rest of the belongings ourselves and paying extra money to stay at the apartment we were moving out of, to have more time to move. Terrible experience, will never hire this company again."

"So this guys were blocking 5 cars in a moving in my building today! I call their company to have them move the truck so I can make it to a musical class on time and the person in the phone was completely careless, hang up on me twice and said multiple times that there was nothing she could do that she was not driving the truck and that she has called operations already, several people from my building started helping me locate the apartment where they were working and when I make my way there guys where just packaging stuff like they were never told they needed to move the truck! Not just patiently made their way to the truck but also continuing loading stuffs like if they have not already made me 20 minutes late!! … unbelievable that they think their actions are in any way justified! How come you park a massive truck blocking 5 cars in a Saturday at 9am and leave no one to attend in case people need to leave their parking space!"
