"This clinic discriminate's against elderly employees, and employees with disabilities. The person in charge of the PSR'S at this Clinic had me in the office so many times, for little things, very unprofessional."

"I’ve gone to aurora for years, I never really had any complaints until now. I took my 12 month old to the walk-in because he had what I thought was a bad diaper rash that I couldn’t rid him of. It became so inflamed on Christmas day that I rushed him to the walk-in knowing I wouldn’t be able to see my pediatrician due to the holidays. When we saw the walk-in doctor he took a 2 second look at it and diagnosed it as a diaper rash, prescribed an ointment said to apply the ointment for a week and it should be better, and we were on our way. Almost a week went by and it looked the same. I quickly made him an appointment with his pediatrician and she said it wasn’t a diaper rash but a yeast infection. This walk-in doctor barely looked at my baby, didn’t take the time to examine him, didn’t even touch the area, run a test, nothing. Because of his lack of knowledge and care my baby lingered in pain longer than he should have."

"I have read all of the terrible reviews and honestly I’m shocked. Maybe just the urgent care is awesome. There are three Aurora urgent cares by me and I always go to this one. There is hardly ever anyone there. Almost never a wait (maybe because of all these reviews). Plus they put you in a room right away so if you did wait you are not picking up more illness then you came with. I’ve only had to wait once and they let us wait in our car, which was amazing with a little kid who was not infectious at the height of covid. I’ve had all great experiences here."

"Would go anywhere but here! Went in for work physical was told hour long appointment. Appointment time was 1245pm did not leave the office until 235pm. Sadly didnt get doctor to show up until I walked out of room and asked if there is even a doctor or anyone as I am tired of waiting at 230pm. Waited well over an hour for the doctor to come in for five minutes and sign paperwork to release for employeer. Excuse was they were busy. There was 4 cars in the parking lot when I arrive not a single room in use. This place is a joke."
