"Best UPS store ever. We are a military family, so I’ve been to my fair share of shipping places, and UPS stores in general. This location is great. They have a self service area to ship back Amazon items- it’s pretty great and easy to use- but you can also be helped by the employees without a problem. Knowledgeable staff- super friendly. Doug is great, and the younger guys who work there are not lazy- I always see them working hard. I always want to go and support them."

"Just Horrible! Horrible customer service from an older, heavy set female staff. She was very rude and kept repeating herself as if I didn’t understand what she was saying. She had an attitude and scanned my items like it was the hardest thing in the world to do. I tried to explain to her that two of the same item were sent to me and that Amazon sent me two return labels for them. She kept going on about how she can’t help me with identifying which label will go on which item (which by the way, I did not ask her to do) and I explained again nicely that they’re going to the same place, same vendor, and I’m sure they will figure it out once the items arrive at their facility. They were the same identical item! However, she kept cutting me off and saying “that is not what I’m saying.” At the end of her “all-knowing” explanation, she basically said that I can refer to the receipt she was about to give me if I had any issues with my refund. That was all she had to say! But overall, she was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Mind you it was 10 in the morning and her shift barely started."
