"No stars if I could very unprofessional, they have new people practicing on you , the place is dirty long wait times don’t go here."
"Most rude unprofessional place to deal with. My mother has dementia and I've been waiting for 2 weeks for her medicine. Spoke to a women 4 times today alone told me they'll send her prescription to Walgreens and I am still waiting. They put me in hold everything the they just hang up on me. My mother has not had her medicine for 2 weeks now. As I type I am still on hold as they keep hanging up and I keep calling back. Please do not go to this place if you do not haveto. These foreigners do not do their job right."
"I would give 0 stars if possible. I read the negative reviews but with my insurance,I had very limited options of choices so I decided to try anyways. This was the worst 2 healthcare experiences I've had, and I work in healthcare and know how things should be. It almost seems archaic and not up to date with medical standards. 2 times they made me a wrong appointment. The second time, they didn't even have my appointment saved on their schedule and they didn't have any IUDs in stock even though they assured me they had them. Terribly run and no organization. Makes me terrified for the patients who come here for care. If the front desk is this disorganized, what does that say about management and the care you receive? Would never go back. No one offered to get a manager and the front desk girl didn't even make eye contact with me when I asked why they didn't have record of my appointment today. Terrible service all around in primary care and OBGYN."
"I went there for immigration physical examination (Form I-693) with Dr. Nwilati. The place is not very clean nor dirty. I would say it meets the minimum requirements in that department. Nothing fancy. There's a parking lot which is very helpful. The service from the Front Desk lady was very helpful and friendly. The waiting time can extend to longer periods even if you have an appointment. It's fair to say that the clinic is not the most organized clinic in town. It gets very loud in the reception and although there is a big written warning on the wall about loud behavior, staff don't really care nor ask people to be quiet. The doctor service is acceptable but it felt kinda rushed and I definitely had better encounters with doctors before. I had a TB skin test and was very upset about the clinic writing down in my report the size of the reaction ALTHOUGH the size of the skin reaction was never measured. Another doctor looked at my arm for less than 1 second and she determined that I needed an X-Ray which came as negative. The doctors side can definitely be improved. Nurses were very friendly and accommodating and understanding. Nurses are everything the doctor should've been. I provided a vaccination certificate and the doctor said it'd cause me delays and I should just opt-in for blood work. I paid $195 initially for the examination but ended up paying around $460 in total. I recommend you do any needed vaccination at the clinic which is way cheaper than Walgreens and other places I've looked up. I was sent to a different branch to get the TB skin test (included in the initial price) and blood work (I paid $24). They also didn't have X-Ray service and I had to go to Concentra Downtown on 35th and paid $96.50 for a 2 view chest x-ray. Long story short; Yay for Nurses and front desk. Ney for the overloaded doctors and chaos in the building as well as the long waiting times and unforseen payments. #USCIS #immigration #i693"
