"My experience started off well, with the person who picked up the phone (manager) being very thorough. When the owner came to pick up our art, he showed up with nothing, but we were in the middle of a move so I assumed (my bad) that he had more gear in his car. My husband caught him leaving our art against the dirty sideway / concrete on a rainy day - uncovered. When I confronted him about it, he got mad at me, saying that I should have provided more information about the art. I have email correspondence proving that I provided all dimensions and details about the home prior to the pickup. He was quite rude, but at this point we had signed a contract and the manager called me back apologizing for the owner, assured me they were going to buy the right equipment and that the mistake was something they learned from. Fine. After that, I dealt solely with the manager and communication was good. Unfortunately, when it came time to receive our art, things went off the rails. I paid for white glove service, so the art would be unpacked at the new location, removed from the crate, checked and then brought over to my house. I was promised that it would be here by a certain day, but when that day came, no one showed up. I must have called and emailed Navis San Diego 20 times that day, trying to figure out what was going on. No one ever called me back. I finally looked for a local Navis on Google, tracked down my art that way and found out from the local owner that the art was only promised to be delivered 2 days later. This is an issue for me because I hired people to install the art, they showed up at 9am and I had to pay them for their time despite not having anything to install. Now I'm out $300. When I emailed to ask for some sort of compensation, no one got back to me. Luckily for me, their system asked me for a review 4 days later so I guess things work themselves out. If you need valuable art shipped, go somewhere else. This place is probably fine if you are having some corn shipped across the country."
"Steve and his crew are amazing. Great attitudes and so helpful. They were very careful with my furniture. From the office to the pick up crew they were all wonderful."
"Best shipper in town!"
"The packaging service was okay as they crated up some motors for me. However, the shipping services were terrible. Poor communication and horrendous execution is what I received. If you need something shipped I would avoid them at all costs. They overcharge and under deliver."
