"The first two people I spoke to were less than helpful. Very disorganized and not understanding. I called in to try to get a quote on moving some tools. First person just transferred me to someone else that seemed to be on their same pay grade. The next person was asking me about some account number and acted weird when I didn't understand. Hung up after awkward silence and gave all of my information, including credit card online. Called back and got a really nice man who was extremely helpful and explained everything I asked about. He deserves all of the stars. TLDR: service is hit or miss. Sign up for the online account to save money."

"Very secured place, not sure why. Just came to pick uo my freight but I was asked for my DL twice. My passenger also was asked to show their ID. The service was great and efficient. 1. I gave them my name. 2. They arrange the agent to load the freight for me. 3. Freight was loaded into my van by their machine, I just need to help guide the loader. 4. I drive home after 5 mins. Thumbs up!"

If you’ve read my review of their (unnamed) competitor based a couple of miles down off Camino Santa Fe, you’ll be shocked. Everyone should be using FedEx Freight!!"
