"As an athlete I have seen quite a few physical therapists throughout the years. My main complaint was always my tight calf muscles. Each physical therapist would give exercises and have ideas on the problem but the issue never went away. In my first session with Kevin he immediately told me that my problem was due to my sciatic nerve, and that if I do certain stretches it would solve the issue.
