"Always in/out quickly, professional and kind providers and staff and convenient location."
"Provider refuses to clear me to start my new job. A letter was provided to her from my primary care doctor yet she wants to take a power trip and delay my start. This is on top of constantly being called back and forth to the clinic. Edit: Report issues to the state or feds. Their patient team takes too long to investigate complaints. They’re also likely to be bias as they are in house. DSPS is the state website."
"This place is extremely unprofessional. They make appointments and cancel them constantly and when appointment actually comes to fruition your doctors are not there they bill your insurance knowing the doctor isn’t there. They have a same-day list that they will put you on as punishment for speaking up about the inconveniences that they are causing on their patriots the nurses speak down to people and are extremely antagonistic when frustrated I have spoken to at least for women who proclaimed to be the manager, and there is no one above them they give you a number to service excellence who will never give you a call back. They record their calls yet cannot honor anything that is said on them this would be a 0 out of 10 would not recommend. PS when you finally are able to see the doctor, they can only handle one issue per visit. Therefore, you’ll have to see them separately if you have a cough and a sneeze. Please do not waste your time coming here. It is not worth it in the smallest way."
"Stay away from this lab! I had a half there phlebotomist pull the wrong order asking me for a urine sample when none was needed. When I explained that you must have the wrong person she laughed it off... Next, she went too deep on the injection after drawing blood. Five days later I am still air when bending my went. Nerve damage? Overall very unprofessional."
"The worst doctor’s experience. Staff is friendly but every time we’ve had an appointment we end up waiting for so long as if we have nothing else to do that day. They have a chart that tells if your doctor will be on time or not and it always says on time even though you can sit in the waiting room for an hour just for them to have you go sit in the room for another hour. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time. If you’re that busy then don’t take so many appointments."
